Busy, Busy, Busy... SAT in 4 Days!

Hello, MJTP families!

I’ll be honest—this is the first chance I’ve had to write a newsletter in a while. School just started back, which means full days of in-service training from 8:30 to 4, followed immediately by a wall-to-wall schedule of SAT tutoring until 9 p.m. each night. It’s been busy, but in the best way—this is my biggest group of students yet, and I couldn’t be prouder of the progress everyone is making.

The August 23rd SAT is right around the corner. To help everyone feel confident and prepared, I’ll be hosting a free review and Q&A session this Friday night at 8 p.m. All current and past students are welcome. Just email me at support@mrjohnstestprep.com, and I’ll send you the link.

Between now and Saturday, I want to encourage you to keep your eye on the prize. Review your missed questions carefully, polish up the techniques we’ve worked on for each domain and topic (think PROVE-IT, ISEE, SPOTR), and get ready to bring that energy and focus on test day. Small, consistent effort every day makes the biggest difference—don’t cram, but don’t coast either.

I’m excited to see how all this hard work pays off. You’ve been showing dedication, persistence, and grit, and I’m proud to be part of your journey. Let’s finish this week strong, and go into Saturday with confidence.

See you Friday night,
Mr. John
